I bought this dress for a 1910-era gala, which is before flappers became trendy, and it was a good choice for that period. The material was high quality, the embroidery was nice and it had lots of beading and sequins, which I did not expect for the price. It was also very comfortable. The fabric has a little bit of stretch and it actually looked better on me than it does in this picture of the model.
