I see reviews that say it isn't real leather, its real leather. When first recieved it seem to perfect to be real leather but after putting mink oil that confirmed its real leather. Its well made , i get nothing nothing but compliments,.It come from Karachi Pakistan . Its well known for tannery industry. Fits me perfect, follow the chest size, I do have big arms and i have to admit it is a little snug, also check the buttons ,I had to Knot it ,by splitting the threads then criss crossing it under the button then tie a Knot, old school, wish i was informed by the manufacturer, but one of review mentioned the buttons came loose. Also it one of the warmest leather jacket I ever own, Hope this helps
